Once your chain arrives with us, we will contact you to confirm its arrival and arrange payment of the outstanding balance.

The remaining 50% must be paid in full within 7 calendar days of receiving our arrival confirmation notification.

Your chain will be dispatched once the outstanding balance has been paid in full.

Please allow approximately 7–14 business days from order confirmation for your chain to arrive with us.

This timeframe excludes weekends and public holidays and is an estimate only. Occasional supplier or freight delays may occur.
